About

Kai Han

Hi, I’m Kai Han — an enterprise architect, a devoted father and husband, and an adrenaline-fueled car racer.

What I Do

I specialize in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Native, DevOps, and AI/ML. My day job involves designing and building large-scale software systems, and I’m passionate about the intersection of AI and enterprise platforms — particularly how LLM-powered applications and AI agents can transform the way we work.

Over the years, I’ve worked across the full stack of software engineering: from low-level systems and ARM Linux kernels, to distributed event-driven architectures, to AI platform primitives and ontology-driven data modeling.

What I Write About

This blog is where I share thoughts and experiences across my diverse interests:

  • AI & LLMs — AI agents, RAG, knowledge bases, LLM applications in the enterprise
  • Software Architecture — event-driven systems, platform design, data governance
  • Cars & Racing — my BMW M4, the joy of internal combustion engines, and track experiences
  • Reading & Thinking — book notes, philosophy, history, and reflections on learning

I write in both English and Chinese (中文), depending on the topic and mood.

Beyond the Screen

When I’m not coding, you’ll find me:

  • 🏎️ Behind the wheel of my BMW M4, chasing the perfect lap
  • 📚 Reading — history, philosophy, technology, and everything in between
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Spending quality time with my family

“Life on Wheels” — moving forward, always learning.
